This Tuesday voters will head to the polls and cast votes for three very important candidates: Bob McDonnell (candidate for Virginia Governor) and David Harmer and Doug Hoffman candidates for Congress in California and New York. We need to help get each of these fine men elected. We are past the point where a donation to their campaign will matter that much, what we need now is to reach as many voters as possible within the next 36 hours and let them know Americans are focused on helping elect elect Bob McDonnell, David Harmer and Doug Hoffman. Today I am emailing to ask if you will take a moment now to make phone calls to voters. We have set up phone banks for Bob McDonnell and David Harmer and you can begin calling voters immediately. Tomorrow we will launch a phone bank for Doug Hoffman. Even if you can only make a call or two, you will help make a positive difference in the final hours before votes are cast on Tuesday. Also, if you know friends or family who will have a chance to vote on Tuesday for one of these candidates please make sure they do. Huck PAC volunteers have already made over 20,000 calls in Virginia and helped Bob immensely. I know if we make these final calls we can do more of the same. I am traveling today but I wanted to share with you some important information regarding three phone bank parties in Oklahoma this weekend. This Saturday Huck PAC is organizing phone banks across the nation in an effort to help Bob McDonnell's campaign for Governor in Virginia. Virginia is holding it's elections this November and between now and then, Huck PAC is determined to identify as many Bob McDonnell supporters as possible and then help turn them out to vote in November. Help Save Marriage. Call Reps in Iowa Today

Call and tell Iowa State Representatives to vote yes on Rule 60 to allow Iowans the right to decide the true definiton of marriage.
Rule 60 forces the bill out of committee and up for a vote by all representatives.

Also, for those of you who do not live in Iowa, it won't hurt for you to call or pass on an e-mail letting them know that because Iowa has no residency requirements for marriage and can bring Same-Sex marriage to your door step in your state, that you would appreciate giving Iowan's a chance to vote on this issue!

I have just returned from Des Moines where I attended a grassroots breakfast meeting with the Westside Conservative Club.

The keynote speaker was former Gov. Terry Branstad. Another speaker was Rep. Linda Upmeyer.

My take away that I share with Hucksarmy: our phone calls and e-mails are working. "Public pressure has had an impact." Gov. Branstad

They urged us to continue the pressure - especially with the Democrats that could be open to supporting a marriage amendment.

I then made a stop at the Iowa State House where numerous citizens- old, young, children were attempting to personally persuade House and Senate members to let the people speak on the gay marriage in Iowa issue. What a sight!

Iowa has many issues- gay rights and increasing the taxes we pay are on the front burner. I have come home energized that our voices are making a difference.

Thanks to each one of you who have made even one call or sent one e-mail- or have done even more.

Fight for New York - Help Make 1,000 Calls Today

The fight for New York's 20th Congressional District is heating up. President Obama has come out in support of Democrat Scott Murphy and paid Democrat grassroots operatives have also descended on the district as part of the Democrat National Committee’s all out effort to defeat Jim Tedisco. From today until Tuesday we need volunteers to help get out Jim's message to voters. If you are able to come out for any of these days the campaign will pay for lodging. The race is going to be close, and we can win if we mobilize our voters to the polls. If you are interested in volunteering on the ground, please send an email to one of our New York Team Huck Grassroots Coordinators, Patrick Ziegler, at patrickziegler@huckpacvolunteer.com. If you cannot make the trip to New York, please consider making 10-20 calls for Jim using our online phone bank. Our goal is 10,000 total calls and we are just closing in on 2,000. So please help us today. Our goal is to make 1,000 calls+ today. We have over 77 volunteers manning our online phone bank and we are looking for 50-100 more to make at least 10 calls each by 9pm EST. On March 31, New Yorkers in the 20th Congressional District will turn out to vote in a special election for Congress. Huck PAC is proud to have endorsed Republican Jim Tedisco in this election. Jim is an outspoken conservative who has a record of standing up and fighting for the interests and values of the voters. Jim has led the fight in the New York Assembly for tax relief, a real property tax cap, a stronger economy, more jobs and a better quality of life. Jim Tedisco is a pro life candidate who has spoken out for the values he shares with his constituents and for the middle class families of New York. He is also a strong supporter of our veterans. UPDATE: Dr. Fleming won by only about 350 votes! Great job everyone! We don't know exactly how many phone calls we were able to make on behalf of this candidate, but we were able to get the Oklahoma GOP to send out an e-mail requesting phone call support to all Oklahomans on the e-mail list. For all we know, we could very well have made THE difference in this race!
